It’s always difficult to find different photos to feature, photos that stand out. What makes an image different is hard to define. The goal isn’t to always chase the new and different, but there is a direct relationship between novelty and what is considered worthy of mention. I am still trying to figure it out myself. I am working on breaking out of my comfort zone as a curator and pushing my eyes to new vistas. This week we have everything from dog ears, a field of flowers, and shadow neck tattoos to holes in the ceiling, shoes in the crosswalk, and beer on a picnic table.
