  • Art All Night is this weekend, with activations in all 8 wards across the city.
  • The Astronomy Photographer of the Year awards include a piece of Comet Leonard’s tail breaking off and a stunning image of the Andromeda Galaxy captured by two 14 year olds  working together.
  • Photoworks Gallery is holding a closing reception tomorrow from 4-6 p.m. for the Flowers exhibit that celebrates and remembers the work of Bert Shankman.
  • Clément Chéroux, the chief curator of photography at the MoMA will be leaving to direct the Henri Cartier-Bresson Foundation in Paris.
  • Reuben Radding’s limited edition photo zine, The Last Days of Exuberance, is available for pre-order now, $20 for the zine only or $55 with an archival print.
  • The Comedy Pet Photography Awards announced this year’s winners.
  • Join StreetMeetDC tomorrow at Washington Circle in Foggy Bottom at 5:00 p.m. or go early at 3:00 p.m. to catch Pro Photo’s first-ever garage sale.
  • Save the date for a celebration of 100 years of White House photography with the White House News Photographers Association and Lost Origins Gallery on October 8.
